Shipping and Returns Policy

  1. SHIPPING

   la G  sends its products to the address indicated by each User in the purchasing process.

Shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the products purchased, will always be broken down during the purchasing process.

It should be noted that the delivery times of the Shipments must be added to the time required for the production of the products, that is, 4/5 additional working days, in case the product is not in stock at the time of purchase.

Delivery conditions will apply in accordance with the following territories:

- Peninsular Spain:

  • Shipping costs: REDUCED RATES. FREE on purchases over €50.

  • Delivery time: 3-6 business days

- Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla):

  • Shipping costs: REDUCED RATES. FREE on purchases over €150.

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days

- Rest of Europe (except countries not included in the list):

  • Shipping costs: REDUCED RATES. FREE on purchases over €250.

  • Delivery time: 5-12 business days

- United States, Mexico, and Canada:

  • Shipping costs: REDUCED RATES. FREE on purchases over €250.

  • Delivery time: 5-15 business days

- Rest of the world (except countries not included in the list):

  • Shipping costs: REDUCED RATES. FREE on purchases over €250.

  • Delivery time: 5-20 business days

All orders in stock (except for personalized products and products for sale in PRE-ORDER that may be prepared in a longer period) will be prepared within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from receipt of the order.

For shipments to countries not included in this list, please contact us by sending an email to lagdelmediterraneo@gmail.com We will inform you of the shipping cost.

The rates and deadlines indicated are subject to possible modifications for specific promotions, about which Users will be informed through the appropriate means.

Shipping times depend on carriers external to our company, so they are approximate and not guaranteed by our company.

Customs fees or other extraordinary charges are not included in the shipping costs.

During promotional or sales periods such as, but not limited to, Christmas, Sales or Black Friday, preparation and delivery times may be altered and, where appropriate, increased, due to the volume of orders. In this case, Users will be informed through the appropriate means.

la G cannot control shipments once they have been delivered to the corresponding postal service, and will therefore not be liable for any delay in delivery when the order has been prepared and delivered to the latter on time.

 la G informs that the products may be received by the User in different shipments.

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order to the User, it will make two delivery attempts. Additionally, the carrier will contact the User by telephone if it is not possible to deliver to the destination.

In the event of any delivery incident, Users can contact la G through the contact form, email or by Instagram DM.

 

 2 . RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The User shall have the right to withdraw from an order placed remotely without giving any reason, during a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the product. All of this, without any penalty and without the need to state the reasons.

The right of withdrawal will apply to all products and sections of the website, except for products made according to the User's specifications or personalized, in accordance with the assumption established in article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. 

The User must contact la G through our email lagdelmediterraneo@gmail.com, identifying themselves using their personal data and indicating their order number and the product or products they wish to cancel.

 

HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN?

Please note that the courier costs for returning the product due to withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.

Send us an email to lagdelmediterraneo@gmail.com to inform us of your return, once this is done you simply have to send the product to our offices:

You can follow the example below:

- I, [Name and surname], with address at [address] hereby inform you that I am withdrawing from my contract of sale of the following good [product], received on date [include date].

- Signature (only if the form is submitted in paper form)

- Date

 

REMEMBER:

1.- You can send the order with the courier company of your choice. Pack your product as you received it carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. It must be in perfect condition.

2- Make sure that you include your invoice in the order so that we can identify it in our warehouses.

3- We will refund your money once we receive the product at our offices.

 

In this case, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the User must bear the cost of the return, whether returning a complete order or some items from it.

la G is not responsible for the transport or courier company chosen by the User to return the order. In this regard, la G recommends that the User request that the courier company provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at la G's offices, in order to have proof that the product has been delivered correctly. la G is not responsible for the address where the User sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated by la G, who may request that the User send said proof of delivery in order to verify the same.

Each returned product must be in perfect condition, unsealed and with all its labels, packaging, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it so that la G can determine that it is the original product purchased by the User and evaluate whether it has been used correctly. If the User does not proceed in this manner or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that la G may reject the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the User. Incorrect handling of the product may result in the denial of the return.

Once la G verifies that the order is in optimal condition, it will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User, except for the expenses incurred in the return of the product.

la G informs Users that the maximum period for the return of the amounts paid (except for the return expenses) will be fourteen (14) calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract, through the same means of payment.

 

  3 . LEGAL WARRANTY

Users may return, free of charge, any product purchased on the Website that is defective within a period of three years from the date on which they received the product. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the User will have a period of one (1) month from the time they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate it by sending an email to lagdelmediterraneo@gmail.com, indicating in said email the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects noted, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows the purchase made by the User to be identified.

Once the communication has been received, the User will be informed as soon as possible as to whether or not the return of the product is appropriate, taking into account objectively the nature of the product and the lack of conformity or defect alleged. If the return is appropriate, la G will inform the User of the way in which it will send the defective product to its warehouses.

la G will not be responsible for products that are returned without the User having proceeded in accordance with the process detailed above.

Products to be returned must be unused or, if the defect is detected after normal, everyday use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned together with all labels, packaging and (where applicable) documentation and original accessories that came with the product. If the User does not proceed in this manner, la G will assess each case individually. 

Depending on the type of products sold by la G, repairs cannot usually be carried out because they would be disproportionate. In the event that, due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect, repairs are possible, the User will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving him the option of choosing between replacement or repair.

In the event that the repair of the product cannot be carried out and the replacement of the product does not comply with the contract, the User may choose to terminate the contract.

la G informs Users that the maximum period for the return of amounts paid will be fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the User decided to terminate the contract.
